Are prices the same for delivery?
You'll always save the most when you come to the store and do the shopping on your own. But when you need delivery, you'll save more by getting delivery from Restaurant Depot rather than from a traditional foodservice wholesaler. Our prices start lower, so your bills can end lower.
When is the cutoff for placing an order?
When placing an online order whether it's for Click & Collect (Pickup) or Delivery keep in mind that orders must be in before the cutoff listed below.
- Next day delivery 2:00 PM day prior
- Next day pickup 3:00 PM day prior
Why isn't my delivery day available?
Due to the popularity of our delivery services there are times when all available delivery slots are filled by other customers. Unfortunately we are only able to handle a set number of deliveries per day. If this occurs we encourage you to place the order for the next available day.
Will you deliver equipment?
Pricing is determined on a case by case basis. Please use the Contact Us form and include: Size/Type of Piece, Delivery Location, Type of Location, and any physical obstructions or stairs. Please note that our service is curbside delivery only and we do not provide installation.
Can I have a pallet delivered?
Pallet deliveries may need to be scheduled differently based upon other deliveries. We may contact you to confirm details about delivery location and facility. Please note, this is a loading dock or curbside delivery service only.
Why isn't delivery available for me?
This can occur for two reasons. Either you have not selected Capitol Heights/Baltimore as your default store or your zip code isn't serviced. Please see our Delivery Zones here.
When can I expect my order?
When you place an order you will have the option to select a delivery window. Additionally, JMS Express will send text message updates regarding your order to the number provided.
What if the product isn't available?
Before finalizing your order you will have the option to turn "Substitutions" on/off for each item. Check out our Video Demo for more information.
